Harmony A0 – Factory Reset

Old Bluetooth pairings may block new connections; reset clears only classic Bluetooth, not Auracast connections.

Quick Check

1️⃣ Turn on the speaker

Make sure the Harmony A0 is powered on.

2️⃣ Enter reset mode

Press and hold the “+” and “–” buttons together for about 5 seconds.

3️⃣ Confirm the reset

The LED will turn pink for about 2 seconds and then turn off to indicate the reset is complete.

✅ This clears Classic Bluetooth pairing history.

Why This Happens

Old Bluetooth pairings can prevent new devices from connecting or cause unstable connections.
