- Confirm that the Auracast transmitter is powered on and broadcasting.
- Move closer to the transmitter.
- Make sure Bluetooth and Nearby Devices permissions are enabled.
- Unplug Aura C and firmly reconnect it to the USB-C port.
- Open VenuCast Connect and tap Find Auracast again.
