AuraCoil – Sound Is Too Quiet or Uneven

1. Keep the complete neckloop around your neck and make sure it is positioned properly.
2. Gradually increase the VOLUME control on AuraCoil.
3. If one side sounds quieter, adjust the L / R balance control slightly toward the quieter side.
4. Check the T / MT listening level on your hearing aid or cochlear implant and adjust it if needed.

Expected: Speech should be comfortably audible and centered.
