If you are not hearing any sound from your Oasis Aura, please check the following:
1. Confirm your audio source is correctly connected (Bluetooth or wired)
If using Bluetooth as the audio input:
Ensure your audio source (phone / tablet / PC) is successfully connected via Bluetooth to Oasis Aura.
The Bluetooth LED will stay solid blue when connected.
If the LED is flashing, Oasis Aura is not connected — please re-pair your device.
If using OPT or AUX wired input:
Press the OPT/AUX button to switch Oasis Aura to the correct input mode.
Verify that the correct input indicator is lit.
Ensure the TV / audio device is plugged into the same input currently selected.
2. If using Optical (OPT), set your TV audio output to PCM
Some TVs output Dolby/DTS formats that Oasis Aura cannot decode.
How to fix:
Go to TV Settings → Audio → Digital Audio Format
Set SPDIF / Optical Output to PCM. Brand-by-Brand TV Optical/Digital Audio Settings Guide
Restart both the TV and Oasis Aura
If the TV is not set to PCM, you may hear no sound through the OPT connection.
3. Ensure your Auracast receiver is properly connected
If using Auracast wireless audio:
Make sure your Auracast earphones / receiver has joined the broadcast from Oasis Aura.
Confirm the receiver is not connected to another transmitter.
Check volume on the receiver and ensure it is not muted.
Still no sound?
Try these quick steps:
Increase the volume on the TV, headphones, or speaker
Ensure all cables are fully plugged in
Test another input (AUX / RCA) to determine if the issue is input-specific
Power cycle Oasis Aura: turn OFF → wait 5 seconds → turn ON
